Dont go here!!!!I brought my 2010 hyundai genesis in for service because they were close to home.I brought my car in to have the engine light and my tire pressure light serviced.when they first looked at it they said they would not give me a rental because I did not purchase it with them but later said they would because they could bill hyundai for it.They ordered the part and had me return when the part came in.when I returned they gave me a rental that was filthy.they were supposed to only have it 4 hours.Well after 6 they called and saaid they ordered the wrong part.So I kept the rental for 4 more days.after returning the car I had it for about 2 weeks then my tpms sensor for my tire pressure came back on.I went to add air and realized all my valve stems were broke at the threads.I made another appointment and brought my car back.they refused to fix them.they said they could not have done this quote"maybe some crappy shop did this It was not possable" and basicly called me a liar.I stated to them my car was not touched since I brought it to them.I work nights and my car is under video sevalence and I live at a single family home that no one comes near my car all day.They said they didnt even touch my tires.That is an outright lie because remember I brought it in for my tire pressure and I have a reciept.I called hyundai corp. directly to complain about their total disrespect for their coustomers.So hyundai called them direct and they told hyundai that I had after market valve stems?!!!Really!! I bought this car brand new from antwerpin hyundai less then 2 years ago all stock.the tires have less then 27000 miles on them.so how many people do you know that buy a new car and just replace only the valve stems.Total Lie.I am currently now dealing with hyundai corp. and I will never ever deal with jones again.My recomendation is stay as far away from jones as possable.This dealer is one of the larger dealers in md. so they have the big bad attitude that they are allways right and they cover it up with free manicures and cookies.If I would have taken my car somewhere else It would have saved me more money and time.Horrable dealer!!!
I have had all service on both vehicles done at Jones Hyundai for the past five years. The service department is always helpful, has loaner cars for major services and generally keeps to their schedule. They aren’t the cheapest in the area (especially for non-Hyundai service) but they have given me no reason to change.
The service is one reason I would prefer to buy from them at my next purchase.
HAD MY HYUNDAI SERVICED AT JONES HYUNDAI FOR YEARS.THE LAST TIME I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED ITEMS REPLACED, BOTH OF WHICH WERE REPLACED BY THEM WITHIN THE PREVIOUS THREE MONTHS. ONE REPAIR THEY DID ANYHOW WHICH COST ME OVER $600. I WENT BACK TO DISCUSS THIS WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER, HE NO LONGER WORKED THERE? WHEN I DEALT WITH THE BBB THEY SAID I DIDN’T REPLY FAST ENOUGH TO THE REPORT THEY SENT ME. LOOKS LIKE BIG MONEY WINS AGAIN.I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH DEALERSHIPS AGAIN FOR REPAIR WORK.
