My Newins Bay Shore Ford reviewSimply put, Tommy was the most offensive, discourteous, least attentive, least knowledgeable salesmen I have had the misfortune to meet. Quite frankly, it amazes me that this gentleman retains employment at a dealership that positions itself as a customer oriented family business, “committed to a no-pressure, high integrity approach.”
