I was interested in a particular car listed on the dealership website. I called and spoke with sales to discuss the condition of the vehicle (it was used) and also to make sure that the vehicle was still available and had not been sold, as I was traveling a good distance to the dealership. The salesman called me back shortly and said, “Good news! The car you want is still available.” I told him that I would be there shortly. He told me that he would be waiting. When I got there, this salesman abruptly passed me off to a ‘pre-owned specialist’, which I thought odd since he had made a big deal of wanted to personally show me this vehicle on the phone. I was lead back to this person’s office and after a period of time … “I am sorry, but that vehicle sold this weekend. But I have some others I’d like to show you … ” I was steamed! I am not sure if the original salesman was too lazy to check on the vehicle’s availablity OR if he is a liar and knew it wasn’t there but wanted to get me in the dealership to attempt to sell me something else OR if someone at the dealership wanted the vehicle I was interested in and it was sold out from under me. Very POOR customer service and I will NEVER patronize this dealership or any of the other MOrtiz dealerships again.

I didn’t have any major difficulties with Moritz Kia but the finance woman spelt my last name wrong. Other than that, they did a really good job.
I just wanted to say what a GREAT SALESMAN Brad Massie is! He was a lot of things wrapped into one but to name a few…he was helpful, kind, understanding, a good listener, and compassionate. I feel 100% confident that Brad was honest and upfront with everything he sold and offered me.
Monday morning I started my second week of car shopping at your dealership. The past week had been spent watching salesmen tap dance around answers, so I had little hopes of Moritz being any different. By a turn of events Kelly Elliott ended up being my sales consultant. From the moment I arrived she did everything to make my buying experience better than any other and she did. Y’all were the first of three lots I planned on going to that day. I ended up taking the car for a while to see what I thought. During that time I stopped at one of the other two lots. It didn’t take 10 minutes of me being there to decide I was ready to come back and work a deal. I ended up buying a car that wasn’t the color I wanted, didn’t have some of the features I wanted, was about $3000 more than I planned on spending and I couldn’t be happier. Kelly added a long over due woman’s touch to the car buying experience. Please don’t take that the wrong way, but its nice to deal with someone who understands your needs when buying a car. I didn’t feel like I was speaking a different language the whole time. She was honest and direct when answering our questions; she handled herself like a pro. Your prices are what got me there but Kelly is why I purchased from Moritz.

My husband had first spoken with Pete in the service department when we had mechanical problems with our 2003 Kia Optima and he was so accommodating. This was our first contact with the dealership and Pete made an important and lasting impression. What a great guy!
