If it was possible to give negative stars I would. Talk about taking advantage of a disabled
Veteran! Fast talking slick Willy, or in this case Steve Riley – an undeserving rectum. Kiss a customer before ravaging them. I said I was upset and stated bad service wouldn’t help their reviews. Upon hearing this STEVE RILEY, said “don’t remove those charges like I stated earlier, if he’s giving bad reviews we aren’t going to drop the extra $28 in charges”. Yea, I spelled your name right, just like you asked me to smarty pants!
Had you been a service member we’d take you to the fan room for some attitude readjustment.
Original swindler was Craig Payer. How does an estimate increase by 66%? Yes, $184 estimate to an out the door expense of $306.29.
$184 x 1.66 = $305.44 a 66% increase.
You know what, that extra $28 you so easily kept on my bill is enough motivation for this unemployed 100% disabled retired veteran to ensure I tell everyone I can possibly can about today’s horrible service. If not via this post, via other online review sites. No computer, no problem, everyone’s getting snail mail, and during those monthly membership meetings for the local DAV, VFW, American Legion, and local Masonic lodge, this lifetime member will ensure that $28 loss to Honda costs Honda 1000 times that in lost sales.
Beware beware beware, this scoundrels market adds 10% to any repair as a shop miscellaneous disposal fee. Like $100 an hour to get work done isn’t enough. Those paper towels and rags are expensive. $19 oil change, $28 disposal fee. Doesn’t add up.
I purchased a vehicle from a tent sale Wesley Chaple Honda was having in Lakeland. I told the sales person what i could pay a month, about my credit score and how much i owed on the vehicle i was trading in. A contract was sign, hands shook and the deal was done. A week later I received a phone call from the dealership to come in and sign some additional “title paperwork”. I drove over an hour away to the dealership to learn that the contract i signed the night of the sale meant nothing. I was told by RJ Day the financal personnel that the dealership has the right to change any contract up to 60 days after signing that contract. When he realized i was not purchasing the car he became very rude and unprofessional. He informed they were keeping my down payment or charging me $30 a day and so much a mile for driving the car. Before I left he did give me back my downpayment. When I had anyquestions he just kept repeating not my problem Ma’am, not my problem. I hope people will read this review and decide to do business elsewhere because i would not want anyone to go through what i went through in dealing with Wesley Chapel Honda.
