this is my worst experience with any car dealer.
I would think , with their size they would be trust worthy , BUT THEY ARE NOT.
I traveled there with a cost of 600 $ to pick up a car (almost a done deal) .
I had over a few days been in contact with Michael Banks , where I specifically asked him if there was any dent’s on the car. He mentioned a few , which was ok .. I also send him a picture from their own web site asking about the left front door , which was hard to tell from the picture . he assured me , nothing was wrong.
So now I show up at the dealer and within 5 minutes I find out he failed to see a dent at the size of 2 footballs (that was poorly covered up) on that exact same left door I had already asked him …
and his response: sorry , I did not see that … here I was spend 600$ of travel cost … and all I was able to get out of him was , I could take the car as I was (NO price reduction (basically the car needed a new door) ) even the manager said he knew the dent was there and the car was priced accordingly …. BUT apparently he failed to tell his employee . and it was not listed on the web site either.
he would not even cover the 60$ taxi cost back to the airport (there was NO way I would buy that car) … this trip and Michael Banks ended up costing me 1000$ for nothing ….. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!
