My Mercedes of Hoffman Estates reviewAfter searching the internet for the perfect ML350 in the Chicago Area, I visited the dealers that had the MLs that matched my criteria. Each dealer appraised my trade in (MB 1999 ML320) and gave an out the door price for the ML350 I wanted. Over a 3 week period I negotiated with several dealers to reach a final price so I could choose the best deal and dealership for me. I selected MB of Hoffman Estates.
Sales Guy Mitch Cierniewski and Sales Manager John Karoumi where very Professional and Polite as we worked our way through the sales process. At closing Peter Althoff was exteremly helpful closing the deal and he helped solve a problem I had with another Chicago dealership where I had recently purchased (with cash) an E350 4matic for my wife. (Notice I did not purchase my ML from the other Chicago dealer. Proving that not all MB dealers are the same quality.) The support team including the receptionist, Melanie in Accessories and Ron who did the final touchups on my cool new ride really do understand the meaning of “Mercedes Benz Quality Service”.
