My mother purchased a 2007 PT Cruser 1 week ago. The original sales person was Stanley Clark, Jr. He was a very nice man. Since we couldn’t come to a price agreement on our initial visit we refused the offer. We recieved our 1st call 20 minutes after we left the dealership. We refused that as well. The next day we received a call for Stanley Clark, Sr. We were made an offer for the price that we were willing to pay. We agreed to pay this amount and picked up the car that evening. My mother wanted the shelf that goes in the back of the car as part of the deal they agreed. We wanted floor mats but they would have to be ordered which was fine. I called 1 week later and spoke back to Clark, Sr. and he was so very rude on the telephone that it upset me. I called to inquire about the shelf and the floor mats and he told me that the shelf was in but the floor mats had not arrived. I also inquired about a small scratch that was on the car and was told that if you didn’t tell me when you took the car there is nothing we can do. When we came to pick up the car he told us they were getting it ready and putting gas in it. When I left I noticed that it was not “FULL”. I also asked Stanley, Sr. about this and he replied that Chrysler only gives $20.00 worth of gas on all new cars because of the price of gas. But if you want some gas it will give you $20.00 out of my pocket. I never needed him to by me any gas I was only inquiring as to why it was not full. He raised his voice at me and then hung up in my face. My mother and I got up and went to the dealership. When we arrived he asked what can I do for you NOW. My mother responed that I’m here to pick up the shelf. He went and got it from the service department and found out that the floor mats had not been ordered. He then proceeded out the door to place the shelf in our car. I informed him that I was upset as to the way he had just spoke to me on the phone. OH MY GOD he went crazy raising his voice telling me about how he didn’t make any money off the deal and he didn’t have time to deal with this. My mother is 63 years old she was so upset as to how he acted and treated us. Finally, he had to play the race car. About how he doesn’t have this problem with a certain color of people. Yes, I got very angry as well so we ended up in a shouting match ouside the dealership. All the employee in the show room was watching what was going on. I will NEVER return to the Dealership never have anything else to do with them and I also WILL tell everyone I know how we were treated. 🙂 🙂 🙁 😥 😥 😡 😡
