Went here to have a vehicle serviced and came out $1100+ negative in repairs with more problems than the vehicle had prior to it’s visit. Ended up taking them to Small claims court & Won a judgement for $1700+ dollars from Mark Mitsubishi Glendale LLC
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP @ ALL COSTS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LIE AND CHEAT TO GET EVERY PENNY OUT OF YOU!
saw some of the other reviews that were not so good and it prompted me to write a good won. my Husband and i purchased a used car from Mark Mitsubishi, and every one was verry nice and respectful.the sales man had on a green cast god bless his little heart for continuing to work but he was up front with everything andswered all the questions we have and was very entertaining as well. we have had bad experiences with dealers in the past buy “Cast Man” made us feel like we were hanging out with won of our kids, deffinately did not feel like we were going to spend 20,000 dollars. i would encourage people to buy here cause of the family enviorment.
thanks for your time.
The sales person agreed to a price over the phone and told them that they had the car in stock in several colors. Upon arrival, they only had a red car and tried to increase the price by 5,000. Good news, they walked away without a car. Never bother to go to this dealership its a waste of time!!
Ladies beware! Our family had the worst experience ever with the Glendale location. Family member went to look at a vehicle. Had cash in hand! Horrible situation occured on the lot and family members left. This is where it all starts. Sales Rep takes information and leaves a horrible message, then starts sending text messages that were threatening and in our terms deflamatory! Called the corporate office to share experience and what do you think they did? Nothing, they took their employees side. They did say they didn’t approve of the texting but really didn’t offer a sincere apology. More worried about trying to see what we had in price mind for a car. At a time when a issue is brought to their attention that could potentially ruin a business they worry about a car sale. This car dealership is what gives the business a bad name. Potential customers beware. Do not give your info so that they can start the whole email, texting, calling. They will use this information in ways that are inappropriate. Tried telling the senior staff we have everything saved but they still took their employee’s side. I think if they had a face to face conversation we could prove that what they said took place on the lot couldn’t be true. Won’t share that as that is the family’s back pocket surprise! Again, use caution when looking for a car and giving your info over the internet. The business doesn’t look to protect you from predators.
I was contacted by a salesman names Allen. He was nice and seemed oh so helpful. We went back and forth with e-mails. He told me on the phone he had me approved yadda yadda yadda. I had explained to him I had really poor credit, he knew this from the beginning. He said I can take care of it I got you approved. I made an appointment to meet with Allen, As soon as I shook his hand we sat down and started talking. He explained some options not telling me once I was going to be dealing with a questionable used car dealership not known for their honesty and integrity.. He asked me to follow him to where they keep the cars I was qualified for. Low and behold we pull into questionable dealership in Glendale (OMG) I was shocked and a little angry at that point. I was introduced to a gentleman named Cel he was nice but I knew something was up. We talked I gave him some information and explained to him about my credit as I did Allen, he said no problem. Well in the mean time Allen disappeared and now came the finance lady, She started telling me about having to put $2000-$2500 down, Well I was alot shocked because Allen had told me there would be little or no down. I explained this to him in great detail but he is a car salesman. You see I looked the questionable dealership up and they dont have really great reviews, They were trying to put me in an overpriced car, Putting alot down. This company that shall remain nameless and is located on the corner of 51st ave/Glendale is a scam. I am so disappointed in Mark Mitsubishi for thinking they can and do get away with treating people like they are nothing. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will also express my dis-satisfaction to any person who is thinking of buying a new Mitsubishi. Maybe not all salesmen are like mine but I would be really careful if you deal with the Glendale mark Mitsubishi. They need to be honest and upfront with people.
This is what we wrote to 3 on your side. I have an incredible situation with a local car dealer. My daughter (20) and her husband (26) went
into Mark Mitsubishi to purchase a used car. They ended up buying an Acura MDX. The deal was not a good
one but, that is not what the problem is.
The kids were turned down because of credit issues. They were told to try to get a co-signer, which they did.
The co-signer changed her mind about co-signing when she saw the terms of the deal and never signed anything. The kids were then told hastily
to return the vehicle. I went with them to return the vehicle.
At the dealership, we were then told that they signed papers stating that if they were not able to purchase the
vehicle, they would be giving up their trade-ins (two of them) but, also gave up their $1,000 deposit. I viewed the paper they signed and The paper
actually stated that they were now locked into the deal and both of them would not be able to quit their jobs until the loan was approved or they
would be surrendering their trade in vehicles and deposit money. My daughters husband did lose his electrician job during the loan approval process
due to the fact that the company he worked for was going out of business…everyone that worked their lost their job. This was not due to him getting
fired or quitting….which he can provide proof for.
The dealership literally left them on foot and they were lucky that I had gone with them to give them a ride home. My daughter has a 2 year old and
both kids have jobs to get to. I really need help
with this one. I was previously in the car business for 30 years and have seen lots of situations but, nothing like this.
This type of dealer is exactly what gives car dealers a bad name.
And they have now sent a bill to us that says we owe them $250 for putting in a new ignition since we kept the additional set of keys for not giving us our cars back.
