First no STARS FOR THE DEALER
Where do I start!!!!>>>> We bought a brand new Toyota Camry 2011 last year April 2011 off the lot with only 8 miles on the car. I was so happy did all the paper work, worst sales people and employees, got the keys in our hands and GUESS WHAT AFTER 3 TO 4 HOURS having then car I had to take the car the same day back to the dealer because the whole CD system was messed up and broken. YES BROKEN INSIDE. Since that day I have been to them for one thing after another problems with the car, I am so tired running to them with problems with a BRAND NEW NEW CAR.
Now few days ago, I press the button to open the rear window by drivers side and I heard a noise and the whole window schredded into pieces and fell inside the door panel. I called them and took my car and they refused that it is a manufacture problem and the lady told me WE WILL DO A FAVOR GESTURE TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN LOOK AT THE PROBLEM WITH NO CHARGE. SO I DO HAVE WARRANTY BUT SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR!!!!!!!
Next day waited for a call got a call from Mark he left a message to call him back when I called him I got his voice mail than I called 5 times for him left messages no call back than I asked for a manager guess what I got a voice mail, Called Mark again and he was on lunch so I said it has been couple of hours since he has been on lunch the lady said he will be back in a second he is done with lunch and will call you right away, no call. So I DROVE TO THE DEALER and guess what manager was gone for the day. so i spoke with the assisted manager and he calms that someone tried to open the door, there are no scratches, marks, or any thing showing that some tired to break into the car. They refuse to repair it and said I need to let my insurance know about it.
Employees very very rude, predigues, discrimination, no respect for customers, slow slow , oh yah when I told Carlos the assisted manager I need to take my car, he said ok and walked away and I stood there wondering where is my key, who is doing my paper work he just left me standing there and he started helping another customer. MADE A HUGH HUGH MISTAKE TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO THERE.
