I bought a Malibu and traded in my Honda. The whole experience was really easy. I feel that I got a good deal and didn’t feel pressured to do anything. The finance guy did get me a great rate. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and my salesperson. It was easy and hassle free.
I took my truck in for service. There was a 4 wheel drive light on in the command center indicating I needed service. After bringing it in, they determined that the battery needed to be replaced. The problem is that is took them 2 1/2 hours of diagonstics to determine this, to the tune of $317.00. COME ON! Over three hundred bucks to replace a battery? That doesn’t even include the cost of the battery. Just the labor. I haven’t felt this ripped off in a really long time.

Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the worst. When the car was test drove we heard a noise and the sales person showed us a bid on what the problem was, I addded a little in my head and at the price was not bad as far as taking on the repair. We then went to finace the car just to wait for 5 hours with my four children int he lobby with no communication to us about what was going on and a time frame and so on. I wanted to talk to the finace person but they did not want me to. I have never been kept so far away from my own financial transaction before. Why did they not come and talk to me and communicate what was going on, that they were really busy, were I was in line, etc. Once they got the loan put together is fast to sign. Now for the ‘problem’ they said the car had. They either have really bad mechanics or the sales person lied. The issues was MUCH larger and about 3x the amount they told me it would be. It also was not due to it not being an obvious problem. My mechanic (a family friend who I trust) found the much larger issue in minutes. Now a own a piece of junk that need extensive repairs. I will never use their dealership again and will pass on my experience to all who will listen. If I knew the extent of the repairs I still would have bought it but not at the price I did.
Lupinet Chev was an awesome car buying experience for me.
Harry in sales was the nicest man to work with, I mean no pressure to purchase. Was very knowledgable on the used car I purchased.
The Finance Dept did an excellent job on finding me the best rate possible.
My hats off to Lupient Chev for nice buying experience.

I was extremely disappointed in my purchase from this dealership. From the minute I bought my car I had consistent problems and received nothing but poor service all around. The salesman was not knowledgeable and the service department was horribly rude to me. Customer service was some of the worst I have ever seen. I wrote a letter to the company detailing my experience and never received a response.:( They definitely lost me as a customer.
