Did my research on a preowned IS and found this dealership had the best price coupled with sales service. The sales team in the preowned center was amazing. They answered all of my questions and need up coming through with all that was promised.

Words are not literally describe the great, easy experience I had a Lexus of Greenwich. The sales staff was courteous and professional, the dealership was impeccable and have a lot of great choices and they have a very no-hassle kind of attitude when it comes to financing and purchasing. There’s not much else I can say, the experience magnificent.
My wife and I did quite a bit of shopping when looking for a new family car. We finally chose Lexus because of the customer service at Lexus of Greenwich. The other places we looked at were so high pressure, pressuring to sell something as soon as we got to their dealership. The people we met at Lexus of Greenwich were friendly and courteous. I definitely expect something long term with the people from Lexus of Greenwich.
I walked into Lexus of Greenwich for more information, not knowing that I would be driving off the lot the same day. The sales staff treated me like royalty. I received help from more than one employee and I even got a follow up via e-mail. I even get reminders for oil changes. It’s like they’re an addition to the family. My experience was great and I am happy I went there.

I have not bought yet, but believe I will. I can only comment on how I was treated while I looked. I too was directed to the used lot (like another review I saw), but I asked specifically to look at used cars…she was friendly about it and gave me easy directions to go 3 blocks down to the used lot. However, on the way you pass the service area with several cars for sale out front…which was a bit confusing. Once I got there Dave came right outside and greeted me…he was very poloite and friendly. He expediciously showed me a few options and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. H eseemed concerned about getting me the best car for my needs. He gaciously took me on a quick tour of all the features before we left. After the drive he went over a few options with me (no pressure at all). He was very knowledgeable about the car, the financing options, warranty, etc. The used car building was very outdated inside, and the other two employees in there didn’t even look at me or say hello….which was a bit odd. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I have had nothing but amazing experiences at the Lexus of Greenwich Dealership from the Sales dept to the Service dept. The exceptional service manager is exceptional. He is very honest and accommodating and on both occasions I have brought my Lexus in for servicing. I would give all of the employees at Lexus of Greenwich the highest possible rating and I would also highly recommend this dealership, as I have had exceptional service with them in both sales and service.
Rick Brogan was a joy to work with. He was prepared and positive, yet not high pressure. We had a specific car that we were interested in looking at, and he had it ready, along with all the research needed to make us feel comfortable with the deal. It was a very enjoyable experience.
