I am so happy to finally have a dealership that cares. I bought my new Lexus from here because of a friend of mine refferred me. I am happy with the purchase and will be sending someone their way to get a great purchase like we did!:D
:)We were walking about and ran into Lexus of Cerritos. The salesperson was very nice and friendly. Not pushy at all, he made us feel welcome. He did not push me into buying anything. Ayman was the nicest sale rep ever. So we felt it was meant to be. I know that this car will and is a keeper. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.:D
My wife and I have always been impressed with service in Cerritos Lexus. The entire staff in general is very courteous and helpful and in particular the assistant service manager Dorothy Lunney, who has been following up the service history of my car since I bought it very accurately and efficiently. She is very professional, competent and pleasant. I will always recommend Cerritos dealership service to any of my relatives or friends who own a Lexus. The technicians in the service department are also very helpful in answering my questions and honestly advise me of the best for the maintenance of my car.
Recently, I had purchased a IS250 and wasdispleased with the mistake that Lexus Cerritos made on the sales contract. Iended up paying more than I should.
In short, they overcharged me with the wrongcolored car and made me come a long way to their showroom and ended me leavingthe premise without issuing the rightful refund.
I called the sales personnel who referred me to theFinance Dept and was later redirected to the General Sales Manager.
I had the worst experience ever with thearrogant and hostile Sam Choe ofLexus Cerritos.
He did not assist me in the nice, professionalmanner. Instead, he rudely beat around the bush, trying to cover for theirmistakes; and blaming me for choosing between two colors during the processthat confused the whole situation.
Initially, he pretended that he did not know thewhole matter which infuriated me even more as he is the person who authorizedthe whole transaction.
Rightly, he could have apologized for the mistakemade and expedite the process by asking the Finance Dept to amend the salescontract.
Instead he enjoyed displaying and abusing hisauthority frequently that it is within his rights to issue the refund bymerry-go-round during the meeting. My pride took the better of me that I, beingthe customer and not the beggar will not tolerate his prolonged display ofpower and his endless theories and lies, left the premise furiouslywithout bothering to receive the deserved refund that he was supposed to issue.
Being head of his sale teams, I feel that he shouldset a good example for his employees to follow and develop the motto of alwaysplacing CUSTOMERS as the first priority to serve with a 100% satisfaction with expectation for more returning customers.
In that way, Lexus Cerritos will survive longerwithin the car industry business at this worst period of economic crisis.
Take for this instance, if Sam Choe have acquired apositive and helpful attitude towards handling my complaint, I would havebought another RX350 from Lexus Cerritos and recommended all my business partnersand friends to Lexus Cerritos which I do not see the necessity now.
I foresee that Lexus Cerritos will be losing morecustomers than ever if the Management does not look into their effort andtheir attitudes towards handling customers’ needs and complaints.
