My Laurel Hyundai & Jaguar reviewThis dealer is now closed. However, I understand some of the staff have moved to Columbia Jaguar. The radio never worked well on my car and they told me it was “normal.” My old hyundai could pick up a station 25 miles away that my Jag would lose after 5. And the passenger window wouldn’t roll up during a rain storm. After threatening a lawsuit, they agreed to fix the window. (Admitting that the original motor was too small for this car)
After dropping it off in the morning, I received a call to tell me there had been some “slight damage” to my car. It turns out some genius in service had dropped a filing cabinet on it. Why would a tech have a filing cabinet in the service bay you ask? Because they were being shut down by Jaguar! Did they tell me this? Of course not. They pushed me to pick up the car and bring it back for repair the following Monday. When I showed up, guess what? They were all gone. I took a bath selling that car to CarMax.
I found out some of those weasels ended up at Columbia Jaguar. Beware!!!!
