My Lancaster Nissan reviewWORST DECISION I TOOK IN MY LIFE, CAR IS A LEMON HAD TO GET NEW BATTERY AFTER ONLY 5 MONTHS OF PURCHASE, SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS WINDSHIELD WIPERS NEEDED TO CHANGE AFTER TWO WEEKS, AND SOMETHING AS MAYOR AS A BURNT CLUTCH WHICH WAS NO COVERED WITH THE EXTRA WARRANTY I PURCHASED, FELT PRESSURED TO BY THE CAR GAVE MONEY DOWN AND HAD TO PICK UP CAR THE NEXT DAY, CHANGED MY MIND AND WANTED MONEY BACK BEFORE SIGNING WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT DO THAT… THAT IT WAS A DONE DEAL.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY AND I PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER SO IT IS NOT LIKE I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER… THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE CENTER WHEN CAR BROKE DOWN WAS TRAUMATIC AND STRESSFUL THEY TOLD ME IF I DID NOT AGREE TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!! I MEAN 5 MONTHS ONLY OF PURCHASE, BOUGHT EXTRA WARRANTY PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON HORRIBLE, SALES MANAGER PROMISED TO ADVOCATE ON THE PRICE TO REPAIR THE CAR AND HE WENT ON VACATION THE NEXT DAY!! WHEN HE HAD TOLD US TO CALL HIM THAT DAY!!! I FEEL CHEATED, TREATED LIKE ALL THEY CARED WAS TO GET RID OF THE CAR!!!! WORST TRANSACTION EVER IN MY LIFE WAS NEVER TREATED SO DEPLORABLE AND FELT I WAS TREATED UNFAIRLY AND DUPED!!1

My Lancaster Nissan reviewSold a “new” SUV with 5600 miles on it in 2 months, did not disclose this over 2 months until I looked at the sticker in the car, too late. Dealers wife used it, It has a carfax on it, not paying 15 dollars to find out what, it was new!
They tack on about 3000 dollars worth of garbage that no other dealers do and expect you to pay for it. They let you think you got a great deal!!!! NOT.:mad:
