WE bought a 2012 Sorento from the bloodsuckers. We were looking at another one with a third row seat. They took off their marked up price. So in the middle of the deal we decided we did not want the third row. So we looked at another Sorento. We decided to get that one. What happened is that they hamstringed us and charged us full MSRP. The lady was a friggin liar. And she stunk of cigarette smoke. I emailed the dealer to get the run around and a pathetic $200 “good faith” check. MAY ALL OF YOU BURN IN HELL. THAT GOES FOR YOU TOO CROOKED MR. EDWARDS!
We are disappointed to hear that you experience with our dealership was anything less than stellar. We always aim to provide the best customer service possible, and your experience is not an acceptable representation of how we do business. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you encountered while working with our dealership. Please feel free to contact me and we can speak further about your visit. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Chuck Norman – General Manager

All I can say is that they will do whatever they can to get you into a vehicle. They are all promises and no action. I purchased a 2005 Ford F150 from them and they said they would “take care of any problems” and that they handled Fords all the time. They gave me 1 key and come to find out replacement keys are $300 and they said, “I can’t do anything about that.” Had a problem and took in for repair and they said, “Gotta go to a Ford Dealership to have it corrected.” Honest opinion? These people are everything a used car dealer should be that you read about. Sure they made one sale but I guarantee you I have cost them at least ten times the amount in sales. Do they care. Not one IOTA. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…..
OK, so I buy this 2011 Kia Forte, after about 1500 miles it starts acting funny, light flickering, radio shutting off, and then if has trouble to start… I take the car in and they call the next day saying it was a faulty alternator, On a new car? WTF!, so they replace it and say everything is fixed… just the same night, problem still exists and now the check engine light is on and the A/C dont work, wow really it was fixed ****ing retards. Take it back in two weeks later after them calling me and telling me some BS, they finally supposedly fixed it, it had a bad wiring harness, and on top of that they returned my vehicle to me with no gas at all, when I dropped it off to them with a half tank.. Worst customer service ever, and there mechanic are stupid, NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
I called them from Lincoln to see if they had the car I wanted. They said they did and quoted a price $2,000 dollars higher than all competitors. I asked them why and they said it was because of their OPTIONAL protection package (Scotch-guarding, wax, etc for $1,995) was figured into that price. They assured me the protection package was OPTIONAL and quoted me a price without the protection package that was the same as every other dealer’s MSRP sticker price. Because they assured me the protection plan was optional, I made a 75 mile trip to buy one of their vehicles. When I got to the dealership I made an offer to buy for FULL MSRP! Then, half way through the buying process, a sales manager came over and told me that I could have any other car on the lot I wanted at MSRP, but the $2,000 protection plan was mandatory on the vehicle I wanted and that vehicle only. Of course, I walked out.
The out of town trip and the time I spent at the dealer totaled about 8 hours of my life I’ll never get back. If they had not lied to me on the phone, I never would have made the trip. I guess they thought I would be stupider in person that I was on the phone. It’s pretty bad when you are sitting there with your check book out getting ready to pay for a vehicle in full at MSRP and you still can’t drive the thing home.
Bad location, dishonest staff and $2000 mandatory optional protection packages that only apply to the vehicle you are trying to buy. In short, the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Do not risk buying here. Something tells me if I had bought from them I would have regretted it later.

Grrr…..this site needs a way to make minor corrections that is clear. Didn’t mean to triple post. Sorry.
The service department that inspected the vehicle are incompetent and Chuck the general manager was a jerk to me. He told us that the service department did an inspection of the 2001 Nissan Xterra we bought, and didn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. so I took his word for it. But when I got the vehicle home I discovered that the 6 disc changer did not work, I called and they said they would compensate me for it, still waiting for the check. I am a mechanic, so of course I took it to the shop after a week of driving it to check it out. It had a harsh shift into second when accelerating. When I got it up on the hoist, I remove the wheels, the tires needed to be rotated, they didn’t bother to do that. The front brakes will have to be replaced soon, they didn’t bother to replace those, and the rear brake drums were rusted on yet, so I don’t think they inspected the brakes, or even removed the tires to do so. All the fluids looked like they had never been changed, except the oil. I also noticed that the “O/D Off” light flashes when you first turn the key on. Turns out this means that there is a transmission trouble code, so I pulled the code. The Line pressure solenoid valve is bad in the transmission. That is a $400 dollar part, and you have to remove the pan and valve body to replaced it, which means lots of labor time. So apparently the mechanic that did the “used car inspection” didn’t bother to test drive it or notice that the “o/d off” light was flashing. I don’t think they inspected much of anything. I called the general manager, Chuck, and he told me that I should have looked the vehicle over better and It’s my fault for buying it, and there is nothing he will do about it, and “we don’t fix everything on the vehicle”. So basically he’s saying that I shouldn’t have trusted their service department to have inspected and repaired the vehicle, that’s my responsibility as the buyer. He got irate on the phone, it was like speaking with a child.
I bought a Nissan Pathfinder and love it. The store is clean and looks new. They had great inventory. It took me awhile to find the right one but the salesman was patient and helpful. I would recommend to my friends to buy from here. i got 3 years of free oil changes as well!!
