My Koons Lincoln Volvo reviewTook my car in for service, paid to have a detail and my rear window defroster grid was broken. Was told 4 times they would fix it. Obviously it failed all 4 times. Instead of fixing it right they are trying to save money by doing a half assed glue job. Very unproffessional. Stay away. They lie and are very dishonest. The worse part is that they smile while doing it.
