DO NOT BUY FROM KOON’S EVER!!! LIES LIES LIES!!! THEY PROMISE TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE IN TIME-NO!!! THEY PROMISE TO CALL YOU BACK-NO!!! THEY TAKE THINGS OFF YOUR VEHICLE AND DRILL HOLES IN THEM WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!! NEVER EVER BELIEVE THEIR LIES!!!
I am trying to get fixed a BAD transsmission that is still under extended warranty that I paid for in advance.The sales person messino told me ..Extende warranty means …if anything brakes from bumper to bumper you get it new….BIG BIG LIES I brougth my truck several times they just fix innexpensive parts and they said that FORD wont replace a transsmission until it really really get bad , but I need my truck to work but they don’t care at all….please DO NOT MAKE A VERY HUGE MISTAKE IF YOU PLANNING TO BY ANYTHING FROM KOONS ….YES THEY GONNA WOW YOU…WHEN I ASKED WHY DONT YOU GIVE WHAT YOU PROMISE … ROD THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME IN REAL LIFE NOTHING IS LIKE YOU THINK IT WILL BE SORRY
Tried to make an appointment to look at my speedometer car has 12K miles and still under warranty. Told them that compared with GPS, speedometer was 10-20 miles an hour fast. Told me they couldn’t work on it at the dealership. Said my GPS was probably wrong. Told them work had been done to the car by the Koon dealership in Sterling. They told me to take it back to them. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them or getting your vehicle serviced here. Poor customer service, questionable knowledge of warranty repairs/responsibilities, no Ford or even other Koons dealer loyalty.
Pathetic customer service, will not be going back!

Not one thing made me happy about the experience after the car was bought, papers signed and we were out the door. The whole deal went south!!!…after 3 days Hummmmmm:confused:
I spoke to the GM today maybe he will make it right!!!
