My Kia of Waycross reviewBefore the visit and during the visit all was good until the last few minutes. My husband, 16 year old son and my self visited the dealership which is 44 miles away from our hometown and we were honest with the salesman before leaving home, we told him that we did not have no money down all that we had was a trade in. Well we were told during our visit that we had the car (KIA, Rio) and even went to the point were the salesman told my 16 yr. old son, to go and get all things out of our car that we was trading in. Well were told then that they were getting the paper work ready to be signed. Then the salesman came in and said that the finance manager had said that they were requiring more down, well we had already agreed to come up with $500 down within 30 days, well now they wanted almost $3000 down in lue of our trade in. By this time we had been at the dealership almost 3 hrs. and had went threw all steps but the signing of the final papers. My family and I would be glad to give more information on this, if someone would like to call us, because first and foremost this was not very business like, and it was very misleading!!! I am giving the dealership a call on Monday, to get their District Office number and then if something is not done due to the fact that not only did they let my husband and myself down, they also let my children down and this is tolerable in my standards, I will ten be contacting an attorney to deal with this situation.
