Stay away from Joe Rizza Ford, they act like thefts.
On 01/02/2014, I bought a NEW Ford Taurus at Joe Rizza Ford North Riverside, Anthony Lagiglio and Brandon Rowe were the sales person. Before I drove away my car, I FOUND OUT that there were no floor mats which there should be, remember, not they told me but I found it out. Then Anthony told me they would Fedex me one next day, ok, fair enough, I left, but two weeks passed by, after numerous phone calls and emails, I still have not received the floor mats yet, and if they know it my calls, they don’t pick it up, otherwise, they gave you bullshit answers.
Well, I am not surprised at all if I find my quarters missing or do something very bad to my car after they service my car, even having one year free oil change etc., I am not going there again.
Please do yourself a favor, stay away from Joe rizza. I don’t think it is one or two of the bad salesmen, it is their culture.

OK, after they received my reviews, I got a call from Brandon, he said it took time to get it from Ford, autozone one is quicker but bad quality etc. Anyway, right after that, Jim(don’t know his last name or title, seems from service/operation dept) called and apologized and told me to send me one today via UPS, let’s see what happen next! Writing the facts for reviews is just the starting point.
