My Jim White Honda reviewThis dealership pressures you with lies. They practice bait and switch tactics by advertising and quoting low prices then showing up and saying they aren’t valid. They will show you fake information to get you to buy. VERY HIGH PRESSURE. Will not return phone calls when you have issues. Once they get your money you are nothing to them but another victum of a scam.

My Jim White Honda reviewMy new car, purchased at this dealership 2/10 was taken in three times for service for a dash/windshield rattle and fixed a total of FIVE times in a 12 mo. period….each repair making the either as bad or worse than before. The response of the service manager was I could keep bringing it back but he had ‘done all he could’ and the dealership mgr told me I could “trade it in” if I was dissatisfied.
We visited NINE other dealerships in our area, ALL stated this was horrible service and the problem should have been fixed immediately and to our satisfaction. All offered their assistance. We had to get Honda corporate to authorize another dealership (Fishcher Honda in Ypsilanti, MI) to do the warranty repair…..they did it right, efficiently and courteously on the very FIRST visit.
We had bought 3 vehicles from Jim White Honda in Maumee, OH and will NEVER purchase another from them, n or would we ever recommend them to any potential Honda customer.
