Initial impression was that this was a great dealership that worked very well with the military. This was continued until near the completion of the deal (which took over eight hours), when things started to change. We were made several promises that were not fulfilled for example: 32″ Flat Screen TV (it was a special for Black Friday), 2 Jeep hats, and most importantly a dealer installed factory hitch at no cost which was a major selling point for us. These were are taken away once vehicle was discounted. We were told a payment would not be due until mid January. We received a bill today stating the payment is due 27th of December. We were told the vehicle would be tax free due to us being a military family, it was not. The vehicle was priced to include premium floor mats, which we have yet to receive. We were overcharged for the down-payment for the extended warranty coverage, we were supposedly required to get. We are continually being harassed on the phone about an additional down-payment that has been sent via military allotment per their request. Not to mention having to make a hour and a half trip back to the dealership to have the vehicle detailed and filled with fuel which should have been done at the time of purchase (which was supposed to take an hour, but took three). We feel that we were initially treated like royalty, until the deal was near completion and treated like incompetent liars since.
