I have finally reached my witts end with Jennings Anderson Ford. I purchased a premium warranty extension for my Navigator with Jennings. When I finally utilized the warranty for an electronics issue, I have gotten into a major mess with this company. I have been to their service dept 10 times for the same issue with no resolve. This has been going on since June. The last comment from their service rep was…I call you when the part comes in. That was over a month ago. I am out thousands of dollars in not only a warranty that is worthless, but my time, effort, gas, and expense. Anyone should be warry of this company. I will post this on as many venues as possible to let everyone know what i’ve been thru to date. Larry Watson
