GREG WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. OUTSTANDING
They were not honest with me from the start, which I didnt realize until later. The biggest problem I have with them is that they stated free oil changes for the life of your car! They failed to mention that it came with stipulations. The woman at the service center said that she had numerous people in there saying they heard the same thing I did with the same complaint I had. When I asked to speak with a manager, they had three men come in to speak with me and were very firm with me about how it was my mistake and they were in no way going to do anything about it. I stated that telling only half the truth is still lying. They just shrugged and said that it was not their problem. What happened to making sure the custome is satisfied (when the customer is being reasonable and pointing out a mis-step on their part)? They didnt even say that they would make sure to make that clear to people in the future.
Overall everything went great. I have nothing negative to say.
The staff at Acura By Executive is genuine and are willing to go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership. 🙂
If you are in the market for a new Acura or a pre-owned car, I highly recommend Acura by Executive. The people are wonderful to deal with and the service is excellent. I had been looking for a car and found the one I wanted on the internet being offered at Acura by Executive. My wife and I took a Friday off to shop for the car and had some concern about buying out of state. Acura by Executive was a 2 hour drive from my house on Long Island, but they were worth the trip. Our sales associate, Danya Kross, was extremely courteous, very professional, and answered all our questions. There was no hard sales pitch, just professionalism and courtesy. Any question that Danya was not sure of the answer to, he went to find us the answer while we were there. We came with the idea of just leaving a deposit, but, had the wonderful experience of driving home with our car. Danya and the sales manager, Gary, were able to arrange a trade for our old car even though we didn’t have the title with us. We also were able to leave a personal check for the non-loan portion. Wow, that is something that is unheard of nowadays, but, goes to show how Acura by Executive will go the extra distance to satisfy their customers. My son has an Acura. The minute we got home to Long Island we told him about our experience and he said he know where he is going for his next Acura. Danya, thanks again for all you help. You are an excellent person and a professional. It was a pleasure doing business with you. We will be back. Gary, I also want to thank you for all the excellent work you did in getting us a loan. I did not like the sales approach of the salesman and sales manager – I prefer to deal with the person who can say yes or no —also dealer nearly lost my sales since I asked for the first 3 services at no charge and they kept balking —closing person who again was not the salesman was very polite and handled the process very effeciently
I have been driving an Acura for 14 years now. I thought of purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, but Acura just seems to be the best option in a luxury SUV. They continue to add more features and the service is excellent. They really work with you especially since we are going through this economic crisis. They have a way with the finance company that allows you to purchase a vehicle with a payment you can afford. Thank you Acura for being one of the best and safest vehicles on the road. In my book Acura by Executive deserves to be number 1.:rolleyes:

All in all a pleasant buying experience. The showroom was busy but the salesman and his supervisor answered all my questions and responded quickly to my inquiries. We cut to the chase and negotiations were transparent and easy.
This is our second purchase of an Acura. We love our new Acura RDX having down-sized from the MDX. In both instances, we purchased our car from Acura by Executive and worked with salesperson John Torre. We have found John to be extremely knowledgeable about the Acura cars, attentive to our needs and just a pleasure to deal with! There is never any pressure to buy and John is concerned with matching our needs with the appropriate auto. The whole team at Acura by Excecutive is the reason we purchased our second Acura there. We can’t say enough great things about the positive experience we’ve had at Executive!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a positive experience my husband and I had when we recently purchased a used Honda through your Acura dealership. First and foremost, I would like to say how much we appreciate the prompt and courteous service we received from your salesman, Brian Wilkinson. He was very professional and worked diligently to help us find the right car to fit our needs.
Secondly, the maintenance done on the interior and exterior of the car was superb. We are very pleased with the car and your staff who were all very personable and professional. We will be sure to recommend your dealership to all of our family and friends.
I have never exprerienced such disrespect in my life from this dealer ship. We have been searching for Accords and TL’s for about a month now. We originally went to Liberty Honda which is part of this chain of dealerships. We went to test drive an accord by appointment in Hartford and when we arrived they failed to tell us this car was sold. He asked us about other cars we wanted and we mentioned TL’s, they had one in the North Haven branch and were goign to drive it down for us to test drive the following day. I received a call from Hartford saying they would drive it down if we were serious buyers. I said if they were willing to drop the price a bit we would. He said they could get it down a 1000. Long story short we didn’t test drive this car. One key pt i forgot to mention is this dealer offered us 4500 for our trade in and 1000 off of 23431. We ended up gong to Executive 3 weeks later and met with Darian. He tried to tell us the TL we wanted to drive was over 25,000. We showed the price we had on the website and he said sorry and made a mistake. We test drove the car and the interior was beat up. We sat down to negotiate the price and he said they absolutely would not come down on the price. but would throw in a couple oil changes. We had them look at the trade in 04 honda civic and he came back with a smile and said your car is in great condition and worth about 500 but we will give you 1500. I just about lost it and felt like this guy was the biggest scum on earth. I told him the lowest we have been offered was 4500. He went back to boss and said he made a mistake and put lx instead of EX. So they came up with 3500. I then told him that we were at their other location and they are the ones that offered 4500. I will never ever buy a car from this guy or dealership for as long as i’m alive. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER AND IF YOU DO BE VERY CAREFUL ON THEIR SHADY SALESMEN!! If you want a great dealer with an honest salesmen go to Devan Infiniti and ask for Shane. I purchased my Infiniti from him a month ago and he is very honest and willing to work in your price range. Good luck with your search.

I was very impressed with the service I recieved at Acura by Executive. I went in for an A1 service and because I was hearing a knocking noise when driving at highway speeds. They were very friendly and took care of me right way. They diagnosed the problem and set me up with a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait. I was very well taken care of and felt that I could really trust them, which is hard to find at many dealerships. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to rip me off. I would definintly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get their car serviced.
My wife and I walked into the Executive Acura dealership looking for a low mileage used MDX. I told the salesperson that we purchased our RL at the dealership and that we were going to pay cash and there was no trade. We test drove one MDX that had higher mileage than we were looking for. I asked the salesperson what the asking price was. He told me that they had no haggle pricing. I told him that his dealership was advertising a huge tent sale for the next 3 days which meant that the prices were negotiable. Also, they do not advertise “no haggle” pricing. I then told him that I saw the same car at Car Max for less. He told me “if you want to buy a car from Car Max, buy a car at Car Max”. We left the dealership asking that he call me with his best price for the MDX. He agreed however we never heard back from them. There was only one other couple in the dealership at the time (no wonder).
We saw an MDX advertised at Acura of Milford. They anserwed all of our questions, treated us with care and came down on the asking price. We bought the car that day and were so pleased with everyone at the dealership that we took our RL for major service (timing belt, water pump, etc.) rather than going back to Executive Acura where we purchaed and serviced the RL in the past. Again, we were completely satisfied with Acura of Milford! They were the opposite of the poor service we received at Executive Acura.:mad:
Took 3 weeks to get car registered even thow I told them I work accross the hall from the DMV …they said it was policy ….I still have not recived paper work or check for my trade in there financial personel the one that spoke english was rude acting like they were doing me the favor in selling me the car. I puchased the car in feb and still I am still dealing with them I have already made 3 car payments and have not recived a small button for the child window lock I keep getting its in the mail talk …..I am going to have to get legal involved with this. I will be driving up there today !!! I over night the pink slips 2 weeks ago and i still have nothing back in the mail
