I’ve brought my car in for service at this dealership since 2006. In regard to auto maintenance, there is a reason why a manufacturer recommends specific service at specific intervals. It’s not fun and not cheap. If you don’t like repairs, sell your vehicle, buy extra shoes and walk. Call first and arrange an appointment at this dealership. Second, read any repair recommmendations. Third, ask questions about normal timing of repairs and compare to what they’ve suggested. Doug and Christian have always given me straight responses and potential problems that might develop if maintenance or repairs are not done. There was only one occasion in five years when the repair was delayed; I was allowed to keep the rental car until the repair was complete. Always treated in a professional manner by service staff.
I bought my car from Infiniti of Lisle and since then have had a great relationship with the company. They always get me in and out faster than I expect and are real honest about pricing. Christian is my normal service rep, but everyone I have dealt with at Infiniti of Lisle has been great. This last service was just for a routine oil change and a new battery, but the guys there take their time and go over everything you want to know, even though I was just in for a small service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quick and honest service.
Customer service should be the number one priority of any business, particularly a car dealership. We spend too much money on our cars to be treated with anything but the utmost respect and honesty.
My experience at Infiniti of Lisle was so terrible, it prompted me to start a website dedicated to spreading the word about my experience. http://www.InfinitiOfLisleSucks.com.
Simple repairs that should have taken a few days, took weeks — and even then, they weren’t done. It seems that, unless you sign up for everything they try to sell you during a warranty repair visit, they’ll only do the bare minimum. And they’ll do that poorly.
We recently found a used vehicle we liked at Infiniti of Lisle. It was not an infiniti vehicle.
After what we thought was a successful conversation about purchasing this vehicle,we agreed to put a required deposit of $500 down to hold the vehicle until our finances were in order for us to return and pick up the car.
When we gave the salesperson our deposit,we were never informed that their policy was to only hold the car for ten days, nor was this stated on our deposit bill of sale.
After our initial visit to this dealer,my wife was in an accident, preventing us from picking up the car.Although I informed the dealer of our circumstances, and was told not to worry about the car,I checked my e-mail and found that the car already was sold.
Not only were we not informed of another potential buyer,we were not informed that the car was sold.We also found that our check was cashed after three days, that it was not even held for their ten day policyTheir action of cashing our check resulted in several overdrafts that we are now responsible for.
This dealership was misleading, unfair, extremely unethical, and I would strongly never recommend them to anyone.
