I have to say when your buying a new car they will say and do whatever it takes to sell it, but when you take it in for service its a whole another story. We took in our 2011 Camry to get its first service ( oil change, tire rotation ect.) was told it would take About one hour or hour and a half at the most, two hours later we go check on it and it wasn’t even put in the shop to be serviced. Then we find out the car wasn’t even getting an oil change it was just getting a 5,000 mile tire rotation, and check up……will never recommend this place for service.
When I purchased my 2011 Camry I was offered 2 products as an incentive at no charge with my deal from the owner himself , ( Adel Elhendy)., only come to find out that I was actually charged through the process of Creative Contracting and the charges were also included in my financing making the final payment more than what it should have been. I have been requesting a Guarantee letter to prove them wrong but to this day ( 4 mos later ) I still have not received. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and advise everyone to shop elsewhere if you want an honest and fair deal.
