I will NEVER buy another Dodge Ram. Chrysler sucks you in with flashy products that don’t last. Then if you had the pleasure like I to have purchased an extended warranty, they will frustrate you with their lies and BS and wont honer your warranty.

Caveat emptor is a phrase that defines HB Dodge.
They had removed almost $1000 of optional equipment from my car before the sale (17″ alloy wheels, tire pressure sensors and floor mats). They tried to hide it by destroying the sticker AFTER I bought the car (highly illegal). I had to fight with them for more than one week to get them to remedy the situation. My wife and I returned to get the wheels FIVE DAYS each time being told “your wheels did not come in yet, come back tomorrow”.
On the fifth day, I came with the check from my credit union and I spoke with Dan Powers, the guy who sold me the car to find out when I was getting the wheels. He said that “the wheels have not been ordered yet, because the car was not funded until today.” i angrily reminded him that they obviously were already paid for the wheels because they removed them from my car and sold them to someone else.
The finance dept also lied by telling me that “Dodge had NO extended warranties”. It turns out for little more than the aftermarket crap warranty that they sold me, I could have had a bumper-to-bumper LIFETIME warranty. Although they claim that they did not know that Dodge was offering such a warranty, I do not believe this (especially after my other experiences there). It seems that the profit was not high enough for them.
It also took almost three months for them to get a new copy of the sticker from the factory.
Retrospectively, I should have left wnen they destroyed the sticker after I purchased the car.
DON’T LET THE FIVE STAR RATING FOOL YOU. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! YOU HAVE BE WARNED.
terrible dealership! they’ll tell you everything you want to hear to get you in a car but DO NOT hold up there end of the deal. while negotiating monthly payments with DAVID ORTEGA i was told everything i wanted to hear until i signed the paperwork, i was told a very buyer friendly monthly payment, a certian interest rate and a small amount down. before signing anything i was very adimate in making sure they could get the deal done with verbal commitment we had agreed on, only to be assured by david and finance directer richard that that was no issue. 3 days later they called a told me that they wanted more. these were the options they gave me; option 1: they were going to double my interest rate from 5.24% to 10-11%, option 2: put another $1500 down on top of my $1500, option 3: extend a 60 month loan to 72 months. after them not being able to hold up to there end of the bargain i told them i would return the car only to be told there would be a $1000 charge for the returned vehicle even though it was there fault. i also never received the little extra they promised; car wash, 2 tanks of gas, or a rear privacy cover. this is worst car purchasing expierence i have ever had. i would strongly recommend to avoid this dealership, it was nothing but lies and empty promises from the moment i walked onto the lot.
