I would have to acknowledge Tresha for a great sales job. I was very up front with my expectations, the method in which the sales process needed to flow and that 3 other manufactures had all made the short list. Huggins & Tresha were the only dealer that was straight forward with no sales games. When you made the very short list Honda vs. Mazda they (Mazda) started making offers to win the deal instead of being up front from the beginning.
Long story short I was very happy with Tresha’s sales skills & very happy with the results – were coming to pick up the car this afternoon.

My car purchase was a breeze and definitely not what I expected. I’ve been toying with purchasing a vehicle for some time, but largely due to the economy I have hesitated until I found exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted and conveniently located in my back own yard. Tresha Petty made the whole car buying experience a pleasure; she provided me with the information I needed as I requested it and led the way without the usual pushing, haggling and intimidation I’ve experienced in the past. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the Honda CR-V as well as her customer service skills. She listened to what I was saying and helped me select the vehicle that was best suited for my needs. I am happy to report that I was very pleased with my experience. Given the fact that my first Accord was so reliable, I knew I really wanted to make Honda my next make as well. All of the personnel I dealt with (Forest, Ken, and Tresha) were all very helpful. I’ve had friends who’ve had horrible, nightmare-like experiences when buying a new car, and I would just like to say that Forest made it such a pain-free experience. Keep up the good work at Huggins! I came with the intention to only look and test drive, but the salesman, Forest Smith was so accommodation and made me feel so comfortable that when I fell in love with CRV I did not hesitate to “go for it”! I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about the superior service my husband and I received from Huggins Honda. My husband and I each purchased a car from Huggins Honda. The staff there provided us with excellent service. Each person was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Most of all they were patient. It was a three day process and at no point did they pressure us. They stayed late, delivered cars, and offered to do anything to help us. It was such a relief to work with your employees!!! After the sale, Bill explained the car’s functions and introduced us to people in the service department.

I would like to formally enter a commendation on behalf of Forrest Clark. My last purchase at Huggins was 11 years ago. Based on Honda’s track record, it might be a while before I buy another one. Never have I regretted not being able to do business with a sales representative on a regular basis; however, this has been my experience with Mr. Clark. Of course, I am already recommending him to friends who might be in the market to buy a car in the next months and years.
You have my business, already, in the service department. Even though good values are fairly prevalent in the new car market right now, Mark Mouton is one of the deciding factors in my purchasing another Honda. If Mark had not been my service advisor over the past several years — of course, including the time of my near-devastating $3,500 transmission replacement a week before Christmas last year — I might have considered a car other than Honda. If a bonus or other significant recognition is available for Mark, I highly recommend your considering awarding it to him. Over the past few years, I have spent thousands of dollars on service at Huggins, aside from the transmission, not because I believe dealership prices reflect the best value I could get, but because Mark treats me as if I am his only customer. To the contrary, word gets around that he is your busiest service advisor. My experience and others like it are the reason.

I’ve been with Huggins Honda for quite a while and I have no kind of complaints. First of the customer service there is absolutely incredible! When I purchased it was about 2 years ago, and like I said I have yet to complain about this dealership. I do my service check up every now and then when my car needs it and no over charges or fighting with the techs. They always give me an answer once I get there or even if I call to let them know what’s going on with my car they inform me if I will be needing someone to pick me up or I have to wait. This makes my life easier and I will never change anything about Huggins Honda. Ever since my purchase I sent many of my friends and family members to the dealership and they have no complaints. Thank you very much Huggins Honda for making this a piece of cake!
I was completely satisfied with my experience at Huggins Honda! This was my 2nd purchase from Huggins and even though my first experience was good, I believe my 2nd experience was even better! I would definitely rate my overall experience with Huggins Honda as ‘excellent’! The entire team, including Billy Slater, worked hard to insure my satisfaction. As much as I loved my 2008 Honda Accord, I honestly love my 2010 even more.
