My Heritage Ford reviewI recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Edge from Heritage Ford. I listed the title to this review as “Bad Customer Service”, what I should have listed was maybe NO customer service. This is an aspect this dealership is not concerned about.
When shopping for a new or used vehicle, please ask friends and family who have recently purchased a vehicle and go to a business that will appreciate and take care of you. That business is clearly not Heritage Ford !
