I took my car there because the Engine light came on. They said that the car needed 4 vacuum hoses and rings. In addition, they performed a 90,000 maintenance service because my mileage was as 90,034. The bill was over $1,000. Two months later, the engine light came on again. And, the car mileage was at 90, 904; less than 1,000 had been driven on the car since they said that they fixed my car. I took the car back to Jaguar and they said that it was something else. This time they said that is was the ignition coil, which would cost another $880. This is the 2nd time that I have taken my car to this location and they have discovered something new, which always equate to additional money. In addition, there warranty claim is for 90 days or 4,000 miles. I had neither, yet they charged me for 1, 025.87 for a service that did not correct my problem. And, I was back at the service department in less than 2 month and less than 1,000 miles driven. I will NEVER take my car back to this service location. In addition, there was oil on the carpet on the driver’s side. I wonder if the Hennessy family knows that there service department has lowered their integrity and began using deceptive tactics to make a dollar. What a sad day when the long standing reputable name like Hennessy Jaguar are taking advantage of working class people.
