My Henderson Chrysler Jeep reviewHorrable service. Waited for service rep several minutes to talk to me after I parked the car next to the service kiosk. Told I did not have an appointment when I was in the computer. Told the scheduled work may not be done today. Offered a rental car and asked to wait in the waiting room. Somebody would be right with me, he said. I sat there for over an hour!! Very sad and very bad service. No customer apprciation at all.
