My fiance’ placed a deposit on a car on July 28,2011 and to this day we do not have the vehicle. We were told it would arrive approximately in ten days. Amy has been giving my fiance’ the runaround about the shipping dates from Japan. Why would you allow a deposit on a car that is not on your lot and you have no idea when it’s arriving? My fiancé has called two-three times a week since July because he made the purchase for me and our four kids. He is always told she is busy, not available, or she will return the call. I’m not sure what type of business they are running but customer service should always be top priority and this dealership fails miserably at it.
This is a bogus slanderous review. First off Amy is our finance manager and she never receives deposits. That’s the role of the salesperson. Secondly, customer service is at the top of our priority list (as evidenced by the abundance of real reviews) and we keep accurate records of deposits. No deposit was ever made by anyone named Sasha on that date.

I never said it was in my name. If you can read it says my Fiance’. I did the review for him. I didn’t say Amy did the deposit she was the contact person he spoke to. Just because your business is unreliable and untrustworthy and makes up dates when vehicles will become available is not my problem. Your customer service is awful.
