My Auburn Subaru Volkswagen reviewThis dealership is terrible. I buy a certified pre-owned 2008 volkswagen GTI from them, and immediately have all sorts of problems. Main problem being the oil filter housing they put on the car. They sold it to me with some aftermarket housing and it leaked oil like crazy. They “claimed” to have fixed it upon the initial visit, and to my dismay the next day I started the car up, all I could hear was loud clunking and grinding. The car had leaked all the oil out of the housing they supposedly fixed the day prior. I had it towed in, and they said it was another part of the car causing the leak this time. They didn’t seem to mind that I was concerned about a damaged engine that had been run almost bone dry of oil and driven down the road. After about a week of having the car in the shop for the second time, I got the car back and then no sooner than a month later, it was leaking oil again!!! from the same spot! And all this dealership service department says is “well bring it in guy”. I don’t have all this time to be driving almost 50 miles one way to constantly keep trying to get the car fixed because they won’t let me get it fixed at another VW dealership. Now I have to deal with this headache again. STAY CLEAR OF THIS STEALERSHIP.
