My Habberstad Bmw reviewI HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE INCOMEPETENT GROUP OF PEOPLE AND PROCESSES. WE WERE REQUIRED TO WALK ACROSS THE STREET AND BACK ACROSS TO THE SECOND LOT TO LOOK AT CAR – THE SALESMAN HAD NO IDEA WHERE ANY OF THE MODELS WERE THAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. NO IDEA!!!!!!!!! HE CALLED US TO SCHEDULE A SECOND APPOINTMENT A WEEK LATER BECAUSE HE FINALLY FOUND THE CARS. WE ARRIVED ON TIME – ONLY TO HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR FOR HIM TO ‘FIND’ THE FOUR CARS THAT HE CALLED US ABOUT. AN HOUR!!!!!! WE DROVE AN HOUR ONLY TO WAIT AN HOUR – AND ONCE AGAIN HE COULD NOT FIND THE CARS!!!! WE ARE LOOKING TO BUY A SECOND CAR, AND MY HUSBAND WILL NEED TO REPLACE HIS CAR SOON. WHY WOULD YOU SCREW UP NOT ONE BUT TWO NEW SALES????
I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME AT YOUR DEALSHIP. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
