I was expecting the worst when I went to buy my new car. To my surprise I was treated very respectfully and they did not waste my time waiting or going back and forth negotiating. I got the Infiniti G37 I wanted at a great price. The service of coming back for a tutorial on the technology was extremely helpful. Love my car!
I saw an ad at cars.com for a nicely priced high end car at this dealership. I called them and agreed to pay the stated price. (it was a good price and they were not willing to compromise) then the salesperson said there is a “dealer’s fee of $500) After a few phone calls we agreed upon a price. I told him the I will be flying from another state to pick up the car. he said well then you need to wire the money before hand. I refused to wire money before seeing the car and offered to pay with a cashier’s check (indisputable) They called me several times and finally agreed to take the check. A few days later, I arrived there and the salesperson said “we have a little problem, we can’t give you the car, you have to sign a contract with us and finance it or when you go to your home town you can wire the money and we won’t process the loan” I was like but you agreed to take a cashier’s check. he said “no I never did”. I signed the contract. wired the money 2 days later. I then called and asked for the contract to be mailed back to me. they said no they will keep it for their reference. I later got a letter from Chase Bank that my loan request was decline, thank God!!. It took a couple of more phone calls for me to get the car title and the contract. Oh another thing, When first inquired about the car, i asked to whether it has a bluetooth and the salesman said yes. Guess what, it didn’t. the salesman said, he will give me a follow up call to make sure everything is okay. he didn’t.
If I have to name one thing I would like to see in a dealership, it would be honesty. I did not see honesty in this dealership.
