This dealership cannot be trusted.Read all reviews on yelp, these guys are bad news!
For every review to be so bad I now fault the manufacturer for allowing the same ownership for all these years.
I personally was double talked by these guys,I am going to buy a jeep, just not from freehold jeep.
Saleserson was nice. Sales manager total a-hole. Very rude when told was not buying today. Mumbled something about a sales qouta for the month. When I confronted him about his BAD attitude he said “THERES THE DOOR” so i used it.
They sold a car to an 89 year old lady who lived in florida. no valid drivers license, she has dementia, and thought she was only a cosigner on the loan. She is the only one on the lean, has not money can’t get insurance, unless she pays 2700.00 per six months, she can’t drive because she is blind in one eye and only has minimal vision in other. They register her in New. Jersey, she lives in Florida only.
Funny after I complained several times, about this, the salesman was fired. Nothing has been resolved. 6 mos.
Had trouble with them before don’t know why I went back. They are the worst dealership ever. They didn’t prep the car (which they said they did), they didn’t even take the price off the side window. They call washing the car a prep when they should have washed and waxed. They don’t keep their promises.
When driving in lotis overcrowded with little custimer parking fir these spots are filled
with inventory. Thinking a saleman would approach me was far fetched i guess. so i had to wander inside the dealership floor and to my surprise i received blank stairs and no action. after i myself approached a saleman which i should have avoided for his fony and cxky attitude and remarks were all i received aftwr purxhase of vehicle a not

by A loyal buyer? FreeholdChryslerJeep on route 9 in Freehold, NJ gives a new meaning to “Good bye after you buy” This dealership treats you nice till you buy, then forget it. They had a $500.00 gas promotion to help sell new cars. This turned out to be a scam, you could not collect on it. Complained, and was given a legal release form to get$100.00 instead of the proper $500.00 You gused it, so far my requests falls on deaf ears. The check was supposed to be cut in 48 hours, then at the end of the month, then the owner is too busy to make things right and give people 20 cents on the dollar. Just be careful, many other good dealership on Route 35 and Route 36 in Monmouth county. Think twice abou their approch to treating you once you bought an overpriced vehicles. Sorry buyer.
I went to trade a car. 😕 I was told by the salesman Mike Quarles no problem 😆 , as an existing customer of Chrysler, and if I lease again I will get discount of $2000.00 8) on the new lease. As I understand the deal I made with Mike was I traded my two cars and I leased a PT Cruiser. In a new car I asked for extras like heated seats and subwoofer. In the end in all the rushing and “lets do it now, you can take a new car home tonight”, I didn’t get any of those options in the PT Cruiser I asked for. After I got home I looked closely in the contract and saw that the money they gave me for the Ford was nothing. And there was no mention about the old lease car. I called the dealer the next day and told them that I looked over the contract and didn’t like what I see, and I want my old car back because they didn’t give me anything for it. They say that is too late and I signed the papers so I can’t change any thing now. On 9/12/07 I went back to the dealer to drop off the DURANGO telling the person that was doing the paper work that I am not happy with the deal and I want my old car back. Again they told me that it is too late and the car is gone. When later contact by the dealer I expressed my dissatisfaction and in the final evaluation, the sales person received a final evaluation score of 25 (he called me to complain about), and this was before I learned that they will not honor our deal and pay off the old lease.
If you value your time and don’t want to, have problems stay away from Freehold Chrysler Jeep!!! 😡
