I stopped by on a Saturday. We negotiated numbers but couldn’t come together on a deal. I was then told “your price is too intense for us.” I told them i was going to Chrysler on Nicholasville where there representatives scoffed and said “we’re not afraid of our competition. No one can touch us, no one can beat us.” So me and my wife preceded to go to Chrysler on Nicholasville we’re not only did they out-class this dealership, they gave us a BETTER price/deal on the next trim/style up on the vehicle we wanted. Me and my wife were impressed with their friendliness from the owner down to our sales rep. I will be back to buy from Them, NOT freedom.
I just want to say this was the best buying exsperance i have ever had .Iwant to thank Ronnie and Jeff ro every thing thing thay have done for me.
This service dept has the WORST time managment of any place I have ever seen. Apparently what is supposed to only take an hour means SEVERAL hours. Do yourself the biggest favor of your life, and take your car to Exhaust Pro, Meineke, or S&S tire, NTB, etc. NEVER again will I set foot in this place. The incompetency is rampant.
We purchased a used dodge grand caravan was told they did a complete inspection and would never sale a bad car to anyone. well we bought it, but had to come back the next day to pick it up because when we test drove it the service engine light came on and upon looking under the hood noticed they left the oil cap off and oil was everywhere, but hey they wanted to fix it and make it RIGHT! so we go back the next day and get it and on the way home the air bag light comes on, to make a long story short there was still an open recall on it from 2002, and when they replaced the oil cap they never added more oil all fluids were low. Service dept. no help. never again!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I wish I could have a negative zero for his dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!. I recently purchased a 2006 car and the first day I drove the car off the lot after the purchase I begin to hear a strange noise that I think is a tire problem, not a big problem right? So I thought, I call my sales person and describe the noise and simply ask do you mind if I brought the car in and have the service department take a look at the car. I did not ask for any repair work but only to “PLEASE HAVE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR” . I only needed a service tech. to listen and and let me know if there is a problem, I did not ask for any repair only to listen to the sound coming for the car. My sale person calls me back and states the the car was sent through the service dept and no problems were found and if the brakes were bad the brakes would have been replaced prior to the sale and there is nothing he or the dealership could do. I remind everyone again reading this review that my request was less than 24 hours of driving off the lot and all I wanted was a service person to listen to the noise that I thought was a tire problem . During any conversations with my sales person I never, never once ask about my brakes only to listen to the sound the car was making The sale person explains I am only the messenger. What in the hell does that mean customer “YOU” that Freedom Dodge has a service department that will not support YOU the customer with a simple request? I still like the car the I purchased but I feel that the dealership won’t and will not support “YOU” the customer after the sale. Service to me is the corner stone of a successful dealership and this dealership lacks the support to “YOU” the customer. I will have the car checked and repaired if needed but not for the group.

I CAME IN LOOKING FOR A TOYOTA EVERY WHERE ELSE I WENT WAS WAY OVER PRICED. IT TOOK RONNIE ABOUT A MONTH TO FIND ME WHAT I WAS ;LOOKING FOR AND HE DID. I HAD BEEN SHOPING FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS BEFORE I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR PRICE WISE AND I DIDNT FIND IT RONNIE DID. I WOULD TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO GO TO FREEDOM DODGE TO PURCHASE A CAR AND ASK FOR RONNIE ROTHWELL
I will tell all my friends to come and see RONNIE ROTHWELL he treated me very well.freedom dodge is a great place to by a car
where do i start? the sales person I worked with was rude and inconsiderate! He kept trying to put me in every car EXCEPT the one I was asking about. It took them HOURS to even return my calls, and my questions weren’t answered but avoided all together. Even the woman answering the phone at the dealership was horribly rude EVERYTIME I CALLED!!! When my salesman DID call me back, he was rude and told me to calm the hell down and he would give me an answer when he had the time…way to treat a customer right? I did end up buying a used car, ONLY bc my credit isnt great and Freedom Dodge was the only one that could finance me. I was told there were some repairs that needed to be done to the car before i took it home. I wasnt supposed to have a warranty on my used car, but I was lucky to end up with one anyway. THANK GOD…bc the alignment is STILL off after i was told it was fixed…and 20 miles down the road..the engine light came on. OBVIOUSLY..they only do what they have to to get by. Thats cool tho bc I have no problem taking it to their service center EVERY day until the problems are fixed correctly..im so glad i was able to get a warranty. Please dont EVER buy anything from them..they are scam artists and I can’t understand how they are still in business…I am reporting them to the BBB:mad::devil(
absolutely great service
I asked for a specific technician, and mentioned at check-in that my appointment was with this tech…however this the service manager failed to mention that I would not have that technician working on my car. I only found out when I asked to speak with the tech…and was then told “oh, you don’t want that tech for this problem”…. however, I would have liked to have made that decision myself!
Corey Cleaver, the Service Manager (and owner’s son) was rude, the paper work did not accurately show what was done during the visit and the parts were 20% higher than when I called (from the waiting room) the parts department at dealership in the city 15 miles over.
Worse, in my opinion, was that they tried to frighten me by suggesting the repair shop that did my transmission work seriously messed up the wiring harness…but when pressed on the issue, could not provide any detail, even when I offered to pay them to write up their “findings”.
I would rather drive to another city than EVER trust this dealership. When I mentioned my experience at work…EVERY single person had a horror story of their own (even dating back to the 80s!!!).
Wish I had asked around before I dropped 200 dollars to have a problem NOT fixed!:(
