My salesperson was great! Its when the financing began things went down hill. The offered me nearly nothing on my truck which was worth way more than they offered, I was basically laughed at with my counter offer and when I said another dealership offered me a better deal they told me to tell them hell. The manager is quiet an ass.
they took 21 days run a simple test, blew off a number of calls and told us lies on personal vist. Got it fix and went form 108.00 to 401.35. Paid it and went to my sons jeep and it was unlocked and a new 300.00 radio was gone with a broken dash and air controll box. the manager told my 18 year old son it was his fault and there was nothing he could do about it. Ripping off collage kids is not the way to do bussiness. They would not help him or work with him on anything. Very rude and a very bad additude.
If you want to buy or have a vehicle serviced do not go to Frank Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro, AR. I own a different kind of dealership in Jonesboro and didn’t know that a customer could be treated so badly from the service manager to the general manager who treated me worse. I have 26,000 vehicles per day driving by my place of business with at least one person per vehicle i guess the billboard in front of my business is the best place and way to inform everyone about how bad this family of dealerships WILL treat you not MAY treat you.
😡 Was told would get a call for an estimate before work was done. NO call until it was fixed and then I was charged an SHOP FEE of 10% of total bill. Was not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I originally said that I would never buy from the Dodge Place in Jonesboro again because of the shitty service and deal that we experienced about six years ago. Well, actually that vehical would have never been purchased had I been there with my husband to purchase but instead I was at home taking care of my grandmother so I was unable to be there.
My sales guy this time was Thomas Payne. He was AWESOME, laid back, no pressure, willing to negotiate. Most salesman are assholes and think that your stupid. He didn’t treat us that way. He stayed late and we got the deal done. He rocks. So if you go to the Dodge place in J’town ask for Thomas Payne. Thanks Thomas you ROCK! Angie Henderson………..PS my car rocks and everywhere I go people ask me to pop the hood or compliment my car…………only down side is I CAN’T really fit my fishing poles and tacklebox inside the Challenger!!!
I took my car in because it was making a loud noise in the wheel. After waiting around for 3 hours they told me I should have never driven it over there in the first place and that they would fix the problem and it would be done at 4:00. My appointment (which i don’t think they really go by) was at 9:00. This was on a Friday. When I got my car back all seemed well until 7 days later my wheel fell to the side and a huge bar fell from ouder the car. NOT DRIVEABLE!!!! I had it towed one street over at 12:30 in the morning which cost me $81. The next morning I went in and told them I was not paying for them to fix it again and the guy said “we will take care of it.” What would you think that meant? They NEVER once called me i had to call them to find out what was going on. They got me a rental and then ended up having to extend the days because “the part wasn’t in yet.” It’s amazing at how long it takes to get a part in. FINALLY when I got the car back a week later the bill was $130. I don’t think they “took care of it” I wasn’t going to pay it. So he took the $30 off for shop supplies….why am i even payin their supplies when this wasn’t my fault. So I had to pay the $100 deductable. I was furious by this point. I paid the money and took my car. He tried to explain why it wasn’t their fault but it was complete BS and how ironic that it was the same freakin wheel but yet not their fault. My warrenty company is supposed to send me the money back for their mistakes and agreed with me that it should have NEVER been claimed on CNA the second time. Sound like a company you want to deal with?:devil(
Salesman Frank Brewer was deceitful in his sales presentation. First thing was that he offered a Dodge Charger with custom rims at one price on the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership he said I could have the price but he would have to take the custom rims off the car. Quickly changed his mind when I turned to walk out. Second thing that made the deal stressful was that he told me that the interest rate would be good that they would give my information to several lenders and then give me the best rate. When it got time to sign the papers, finance person stated that the interest rate would be 8.99%. I asked if that would change because I was doing a down payment. He stated that a down payment would change the rate to 7.99%. I refused the financing and he then came back with a rate of 6.55%. I left dealership and went to State Farm and got a 5.59% rate. Third thing was a keyless entry remote key. All throughout the deal kept asking Frank about the second remote. Frank kept stating that the remote was in another employee’s office and that he would find it for me. The deal took place over 2 – 3 days. Finally getting suspicious that the remote didn’t exist asked how much one would be. Frank stated that it would be $70. When deal was signed Frank told me he would look for the remote over the weekend and to come by on Monday and he would have it. Returned to dealership on Monday and Frank stated he couldn’t find the remote. So I made an appointment to come in and get one. When I returned to the dealership to get the key, the service department told me it would be $185 dollars. Frank was off for the day so I had to wait till the next day to contact him. Side note, Frank doesn’t return calls always uses the excuse that he just got the message and was about to call back. Asked him about the remote and the price. His answer was that when you buy a program car there is no guarantee that you will get two keys. Asked if he could help get me a price break on the key. He stated no that the key was being offered at dealer price. Told him I felt like customer service had ended when the deal was signed. He then offered a key with no keyless entry remote for $100. Declined his offer and will use another dealer to get the key. I do not recommend Fletcher Dodge, Frank Brewer or any of the Fletcher Auto group dealerships because of my experience.
