I inquired about a vehicle online to see if it was still available. When I was told it was, I spoke to Don about coming up to see it because I live 2 hours away. He insisted I come up late on a Friday and we could work terms out over the phone (contingent I come drive and like the car).
So my father and I drove up at 7pm on a Friday, show up to buy, and another buyer had got there 10min before us. Don felt that it was owed to them for him to run their credit and work a deal with them first, and then come to us if it didn’t work out. He insisted we stick around and wait to see what happens.
I thought about leaving at that point, but decided there was a chance I would leave eventually with that car.
2 hours went by and he said they were approved. Offered to fill my gas tank up and let us get back on the road. Needless to say I was dumb for waiting around until 10:30 on a Friday night, but I am not satisfied with the way this dealership treated a Ready, Willing, And Able buyer who showed up to deliver on my end of the deal that was made over the phone.
I could not recommend bommaritos to anyone. I’m sure there are other dealerships that would have better customer service and respect for their customers.
The service department is the reason why we keep coming back to Bommarito to purchase our cars.
Junior, Jeff, Dave and all the rest, all have earned our highest recommendations that we gave to others.
We have bought several Mazdas from Bommarito’s, always had been treated well, and would highly recommend this dealership. Judy S. was the best salesperson we have ever had the pleasure to meet.
Recently purchased a used car. Even though Bommarito prides itself so highly on the “Certified Pre-owned inspection” something which they had marked on the checklist as working DID NOT WORK. Have spent a rediculous amount of time and energy trying to resolve this issue.
They finally repaired it and have scratched the paint on MY CAR and have spilt a staining residue on it. At this point i am so very frustrated. I would think again before purchasing from them!
They do not care about their customers even though they say they do. They are RUDE and inconsiderate. They also insinuated that i damaged my own new car.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS
These people are liars and cheats, half of them are addicted to Meth and that is not a joke. They are Meth addicts/dealers, they go around strung out like a bunch of druggies and will thus do anything to sell you a car. Someone should contact the FBI about these drugged up thieves. Seriously, I’m leaving a tip with the FBI about these drug addicts.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. From start to finish, the service writers were rude and dismissive. I’ve had better experiences at the DMV!
I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!
I love my Mazda and will be buying another one soon. I can guarrantee Bomaritto Mazda will not get my sale, my service or a positive recommendation from me. As this review attests, I will actually go out of my way to steer people (and their money) away from these people.
Seriously – how stupid do you need to be as a company to allow this kind of behavior from your employees when the economy is so bad. I do not expect them to be in business much longer.
I am very displeased with the recent services we have received at Frank Bommarito. We brought our Mazda 6 to the dealership because we were having a problem with our front brakes. We were told the front brake pads and rotors were replaced. Soon afterwards we started hearing a grinding sound and experiencing a grabbing/pulling which we suspected was from the front brakes. We returned the car and our back brake pads were replaced. As far as I know, the front brakes were not checked when we returned it. The sounds and grabbing continued, so we seriously doubt we needed back brake pads. We returned the car again. The technician kept saying he couldn’t replicate the problem although I experience it everyday. Later we were called and told we could pick up the car. When I asked if they’d found the problem and fixed it, I was told that a front brake clip hadn’t been properly affixed and the problem was fixed. We picked up the car again. Not only are we still experiencing the same problems, at times when braking we hear a loud spongy sound when pessing the brake pedal. I am very afraid the brakes are not going to stop. It is a very scary experience. Although we love our Mazda 6, I seriously doubt if we would buy another one based on the service we are receiving from the Mazda dealerships. The only reason we drive 26 miles (one way) each time to return it to Frank Bommarito is because we purchased the car at Frank Bommarito and the service is even worse at Planet Mazda which is much closer to our home.
