My Fort Wayne Kia reviewI stopped in on 7/30/12 for a maintenance that was due. I needed an oil change/filter and tire rotation. The service tech I talked to asked another person (the person doing the scheduling I guess) and I was told I could not get the service completed for another four (4) days on 8/3/12. Absurd! I’ll never go back to Fort Wayne Kia. I took my business to Tuffy Auto Care Center. Tuffy completed all work the following day on 7/31/12.

My Fort Wayne Kia reviewI actually bought my 2010 Kia Soul on 1/21/2010. At that
time the whole operation seemed a bit disjointed. My last two visits were for routine maintenence. I had a 4:00 P.M.appointment, and arrived at 3:45 PM. This was for oil Lube and wheel rotation. I walked out at 5:10 P.M..The time didnot seem excessive, since the effort included a car wash.It seems that the maintenance group is O.K.. I can’t speak for the sales group at this time.

My Fort Wayne Kia reviewThis dealership scammed us ALL the way. And they can’t take the heat now that I have gone through BBB and Attorney General. They added 10000 to the KIA letting us think that they were GIVING us a trade in. Watch for the scam. It is slick. If you have a car that is valuable, and want to deal with honesty, do NOT go there. TERRIBLE experience!
Wow i really find it hard to believe ANY dealer could add 10000.00 to the selling price without the customer saying something, then again you didnt leave your name. I know if this were true i would leave my name for sure. Probably just another dealer trying to bring us down. It is a terrible world when somthing like this happens and its totally not true.
