We came in on a rainy day to look at a couple of cars. My husband and son and I just wanted to see a Dodge Durango. My budget was 250.00 a month. We were met by a slaesperson, and she knew the cars that were for sale, she asked questions about what we were looking for, that was nice. She showed us a very nice Durango with low mileage. We drove it, and she took our vcredit application. She gave us a discount without us asking. She told us the payments were right where we wanted them on this car. We went into finance, and our payments were 259.00 a month, with the warranty we wanted. It was clean and had some gas in it when we got finished with the finance stuff.
Our sale person was very nice, and did everything fast. We are very happy with the car, no running around about prices, and good payments. We will recommend this place to everybody! We drove from Shepherd Texas to come here, and will certainly do it again for our next car!
:)You know how terrible car buying can be…Well, I hate buying cars!! From the moment we started talking with Noel it was a GREAT experience!! She was very informative and has very good product knowledge. We were not sure which truck would fit our needs and she helped us find the perfect truck. The purchase was the easiest truck purchase of our lives!! In fact I sent my neighbor in and he received the same treatment!! I would recommend this young lady to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. My mother and I bought a 2 different cars on the same weekend, our sales associate was wonderful at first.
my mom bought a nissan xterra from the used car lot and also purchased extended warranty i bought a dodge caravan and purchased extended warranty- on a saturday, the following monday both cars broke down.
This happened in June, we are now in August and our cars are still not fixed,my mom’s car continues to over heat and they say they cant figure out why, my car had a huge water leak they could never find until it got so bad our carpet got molded, we were passed from one person to another, our warranty paperwork had wrong addresses, and we nevergot our service contracts in the mail, however we did get a bill every month for our car note…
Mr. Archer was helpful at first, but once we got fed up with breaking down and taking the car to them like 6 times, he also started to act like he didn’t care, he just kept saying what do you want me to do about it?
The experience was and still is awful…dont buy from them…
