I took my 12013 jeep grand Cherokee in for a dashboard that was a recall. upon receiving the car the next day it was filthy, they did not clean up around the area. my window was smudged, the side airbags had fingerprints, and the head liner was dirty, it had a long grease streak that was hidden by the sun shield. they broke the vents on the dashboard, the center one is popping up and the tabs to keep it in place are broken, the passenger side vents are broken and pulling away from the dash. One side of the dash is higher than the other. they left the steering wheel cover and a pair of dirty gloves in the car. when i came back to complain i was told that the technician was fired the day before. i asked if this is how they return cars they work on I was told, “not generally”, i made the comment “I guess it’s just for special customers.” the manager said he didn’t need my attitude and left. I went in to talk to the store manager. A salesman wrote to the owner who responded that they should take care of my concerns. the service manager would not return my calls and the sales man tells me that the service manager things these problems where there to begin with. they offered to clean my car or to allow me to trade it in. so the response to take care of my concerns is to let me buy something from them when they have called my a liar and a thief.
