I brought my car in because my window was stuck down. They “looked” at it and charged me 120 diagnostic fee and then told me they could not put my window up and it would cost $1400 in parts/labor to fix it. they said I needed a new motor/regulator AND a master assembly switch. I instantly was suspicious that both of these parts happened to break at the same time. I opted not to fix it that day and explored other options. come to find out, they could have easily bypassed the faulty switch and rolled my window up for me. the motor/regulator works fine. That is the part they were going to charge me $593 dollars for and $386 in labor. Basically don’t bring your car here for service unless you have a lot of money to just waste and don’t mind being taken advantage of. Watch out for thieves, everywhere. They got me for $120 on the diagnostic fee but could have been a lot lot more had I not looked into things myself.
I was in the market for a new TL and been to a couple of dealers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I had shopped around for the best price. Not only did They give my the best price without any pressure, (something I didn’t get from the other dealers I went to) I got the exact car I was looking for. On top of it all, I got a lifetime warranty at no additional charge. They informed me that they give the warranty on all new cars. Dave Williams, my salesperson was very knowledgeable, and the Sales Manager was more concerned with making me happy than with selling the car. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an Acura.
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. They gave me an incorrect quote on a monthly payment and I did not know this until I was driving to pick the car up. The general manager was rude and condescending over the phone and when I asked for my deposit back I was assured it would be mailed the next day. A week and a half later I still did not have my check, even after numerous unreturned phone calls. Everyone, other than my salesperson, was extremely rude. The financial director repeatedly lied to me and hung up the phone on me. HORRIBLE dealership. Acura should be ashamed that they run a dealership in this manner.
