Our salesman, Paul Salsbury at Firkins Mitzubishi was fantastic. We appreciate that he went out of his way to answer our questions and was easy to communicate with. He made our experience so good and we can’t thank him enough for helping us drive away in our new Mitzubishi Eclipse!! I have told everyone about the great price at Firkins!
I could not be happier with everyone I came into contact with at Firkins Automotive Dealership. They were well-informed,courteous, and easy going when I inquired about my new Jeep. We are elated with the way our Jeep Grand Cherokee drives. It is so smooth and we love the safe feeling we have while driving it, especially since we have precious cargo! I checked around and we really were given an amazing deal. Thank you to Firkins for the great experience! We will be back.
I bought a used honda civic from them and first off they told me it had never been in an accident. Then when I went to trade it in to them they told me it had been in an accident and I said humm… thats funny when I bought the car you told me it had never been in an accident. Then I was getting work done on it at another dealership and they said the car was not even safe to be on the road. The bolt that holds the spring arm in place was barley on the screw someone had sawed off the screw and just fit the bolt on as best as they could if that bolt would of came off the whole spring arm tire and all would of came off. I took the car back to Firkins to see if they would fix it since they sold me the car like that and the pre owned manager was kinda rude to me he said they cant inspect every bolt. I replied well when the guy lifted the car and told me to look and see if I could tell the difference I could tell and I know nothing about cars so I would think a trained profesional should be able to see that. The manager then said well lets get it on the lift to take a look at it and when the body shop did that they all said this car is unsafe to be on the road it should of never been sold like that. So needless to say Firkins fixed my car free of charge to avoid a lawsuit for endangering my life. I would never take another car from them even if it was brand new and free!
