My Faulkner Toyota reviewI have been a loyal customer of toyota. I however had one positive experience at this dealership for servicing my vehicle. I received the run around and was promised at least three times that I would receive a followup phone call or status. Never got one call. It has been a year since the issue was brought up and to date not even a call. When I send my written complaint, I get the same response that customer service is 100% a priority (auto response), but no one cares to look into the issue. I’m a realist. If they called me to say…can’t be done, i would be okay. But no one followed through.
Totally agree. Service department is the worst. Rude and inept. Sales dept. however is a different story. Buy there, service elsewhere.
