We met our sales person at a car show and made an appointment to look at the vehicle the following day. Went in, told us it was specially detailed for us (it was filthy) and tried to get me to buy. We left and looked around, came back 2 weeks later to purchase. Brought my father who has been in automotive his whole life to inspect the vehicle. I told Hector his findings and he says “HELL NO” and starts saying he’s going to get us a report from their mechanics as he is walking away. That’s the last I saw Hector until he was bringing my license plate to me. I asked him if I could get a manual since there was none, he said of course and he would call me the following day. I called 3 times leaving 3 messages to return my call and have gotten no response. I finally emailed them today and got a response after threatening to go to the better business bureau. I am supposed to drop my vehicle off tomorrow with a list of my complaints. We’ll see what happens.:mad:
