felt alot of pressure to buy now. Price was much more than suggested retail. Felt like a con was about to be perpitrated. Nice Try. Going somewhere else.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy, pleasant transaction. I got to “write my own deal” even. It was really that easy…A+++ Dealer 🙂
Nice try, it is obvious you have a relationship with the dealer. 2 reviews by the same person and both bull.
This dealership does have a great supply of used cars for the area that it is located in but who knows how many of these used cars are lemons. To start off, i wanted to purchase a used vehicle with a little sportiness and saw that 132 had a good selection to choose from. I should have turned and ran when i was looking at a crossfire that i was offered to test drive but the vehicle that was supposedly in mint condition wouldn’t even start. I left there and looked elsewhere when i got a call from them about a 2001 BMW 330 ci. When i test drove it a few problems were apparent and i said i wanted the car if they were fixed and then my nightmare began. First off, many of the problems were not fixed even though i was promised in writing that they would be but due too a million other problems they kinda shrugged off the original problems. The vehicles oil wasnt even changed by the dealer after i purchased it to start off. If i were to explain everything that was wrong with this “perfect car,”(alignment, engine sensors, faulty heater and ac, interior problems, water leaks, broken sunroof, dented rims that were supossedly brand new, exc.) it would take me atleast 1000 words. After having the car for upwords of 2 months in their shop and numerouse complaints to their service desk, i still have a piece of junk BMW. The dealer cannot supply any records of the claimed 2500 dollars spent on it when trying to fix it and basically told me that they are not putting any more money into it and that i was pretty much screwed. I now have to replace tires, rims, brakes, rotors because they were all shot warped or bent, the heating still pulsates the sunroof’s off track and my trunk smells like cat piss cause it was leaking in there and water was building up where the spare tire should have been(never given to me). I or anyone i know will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. I was told by the manager that i should quit bad mouthing the dealer or they will not fix anymore problems and i responded by saying that they only fised 10percent of what was wrong with the car any ways. After having the car a full month they managed to fix a seal in the rear taillight, never did an alignment which i was told was done and now i have bald spots on the insides of all my tires and they replaced a damaged outside air gauge. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A USED VEHICLE CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE. Because of this review i will never be able to take my car there for service, but that is ok with me because they are horrible at what they do and excellent at selling vehicles that are not worthy of a good owner. I was not charged for anything but the cost of an oil change but who knows even if they invested any money in the car because they cant provide any records except for the oil change that i had to pay for. Bill Julian is a great guy and tried to work with me but the owner and service department denied him and made him look bad because they couldn’t back up one of their own employees sale. There is much more i have to say about this place but i am going to bite my toung and just take it to someone who can actually use my extended warranted and make the vehicle right.
This dealership had the best selection of cars in this area bar none. They have a Mazeratti to an Aveo and everything in between. I worked with Bill Julian, in my talks with him. I learned that he had been there for 30+ yrs and was a pleasure to deal with. I wish that I would have bought all of my previous cars there. I certainly will in the future. No high pressure and worked with me and my budget A+++
Found a used car for sale from this dealership on Auto Trader.com. Being from Pittsburgh, PA, I called to verify that the car I was interested in was still available for sale. I was told by the saleman that yes, it was still available; it had not been sold. Drove the 65 miles to the dealership within 2 hours of calling. After I arrived, the only person in the showroom was engaged in a lengthy phone call. After completing the call 20 min. later, he called the salesperson whom I had spoken to earlier to the showroom. It was then that I learned the car had been sold the night before (or so he said). 🙁 Oh well, lesson learned, the hard way.
