Felt shoved into buying the vehicle THEY wanted to sell us. Salesperson was rude when doing the vehicle review after the sale. When we called a few days later she was again rude and never got us the info we requested.
Will NEVER visit that dealership again.
Here is my experience with Ed Koehn Ford of Wayland Michigan. This week I received a notification of a big sales event sponsored by Ed Koehn Ford of Wayland Michigan. The sales event was to be held in a Wal-Mart parking lot .On Saturday I showed up at their sales event
Long story short the salesman (A Ford representative named Tony) treated me with unprofessional respect, his attempts to alienate me by refusing to give me the price of a vehicle (By law I am entitled to know the price of a product) then having the rest of the sales department to heckle me to leave the car lot was in my opinion one of the most unethical and unprofessional conduct expressions by any company. Ford Motor Company should know this by now.
My Experience with Ed Koehn Ford has pushed me way from the desire to own a Ford. It’s hard to believe that since my last ford purchase in 1995 that went south very quickly that Ford still practices the unethical treatment of customers. Looks like I will be staying with Chrysler. At this point any company that uses best practices in the treatment of customers will win my loyalty.
We felt shoved into making the deal for the vehicle THEY wanted us to purchase. When we called the salesman a few days later we were treated rudely and she never got the information we requested. Will never visit there again, there are too many dealerships to choose from!
