My Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia reviewThis has been the most disgusting sales experience we ever had. Ray took care of us, he lied to us repeatedly and frustrated us to the point that we just walked out. This is car sale at it’s worst. I also felt insulted by sales guy Kai who had the nerve to ask me if my name was “Christina” as if I am gay, what a nasty person. They treated us like a piece of sh…. NEVER AGAIN KIA SCHAUMBURG.
I agree. The guy lies to you like people drink water. Talk about the over promise and under-deliver. What a joke. I can’t believe for the life of me in this day and age where you can think for a minute you can still do a hand shake and then the cold shoulder. From Chuck who handles internet to Stephen who handles finance it was truly a major disappointing experience. The vehicle, the price they promised, the lies and the b.s. I’m feeling sue happy!!!!
