I have purchased 2 vehicles from Raul and have found this Dealership to be by far the best to deal with. I will continue to purchase all my vehicle needs from Experience Cars in Carson City Nevada. In fact My Brother and Freind have now also purchased a vehicle from Raul at Experience Cars and were very happy with there purchase. Don’t waste your time and gas driving around, just go to Experience Cars.
I went and bought my car from Derrick about six months ago. I found the car on Craigslist and I thought it was a good price. Only 4500 and the miles were low. When I got to the lot there was lots of cars in my price range and I ended up looking at a bunch but getting the one I first came for. so far…so good…I have only had a few minor problems but nothing huge. I did have to buy a new battery.
Very knowledgeable and honest people. I am very happy with my car , I got a great value and I tried to get financed in three other places with no success. There was no pressure from the salesman and the whole process was remarkably easyHighly recommended
I bought my Audi from them yesterday and I love it. It is so pretty and it drives great.:o I took it to my mechanic and got its oil changed, but that was all it needed. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE
My credit wasnt so great (in mid 500s) and I was having trouble getting financed at other dealerships. Anyway, I saw an ad on craigslist for 2000 Durango that looked really clean so I went in to see it. I needed a 4WD for the snow and thay had lots of different modals. I liked the 2000 Durango, but they had 2001 Explorer that was nice too and cost less, so I decided on that one.
When it came time to get financed, they were able to get me financed quickly and the financing rate wasnt too high and my payments are pretty good.
I have had the car a few months now and it runs good. I havent had any major problems, it is a little hard on gas though.
This dealer had several cars that fulfilled my requirements. I did not require financing so can’t comment about that. The salesperson started the car and I drove it, the car seemed OK, didn’t smoke, and was easy enough to drive. I went in, they weren’t really willing to negotiate so I paid almost their price. Went out and the car had a VERY noticeable defect in the steering that made it almost impossible to turn the key, but once you turned the key it ran. Took it to the dealer to fix and found out that the car needed a tune-up, several belts (which Experience Cars claimed had been inspected), oil change, tire rotation, plus $200 to fix the steering column problem. I made a mistake writing the check for the car and they hassled me DAILY while a check was on its way to them. I would not buy another car there, nor will I recommend them to my friends. In fact, I will tell my friends NOT to shop there.
Many other people have been having some complaints about this dealership. Please email me [email protected]. I’m looking into a lawyer to take action
