I went in to buy a specific car. When it came time to pick it up, they told me it got “banged up” in the lot but they would give me a year newer at the same price. What they actually did was charge me $6000 more than the one I originally put money down on and then said it was my fault that I didn’t read the fine print. In actuality, when I asked questions before signing the papers, they lied to me and told me the numbers were only on there to show the bank but I was really getting the original price I wanted.
Not until I got in the car to take it did I even see what the sticker price on the newer car was. No where NEAR what I was told I was paying. Now theyre trying to tell me I “misunderstood”. Im going to the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Affairs on them. They will not get away with this. Stay away from Wes, Sadiq and Bobby the finance guy
